Receptionist refused to pass on my urgent request to doctor because I wouldn’t say “please”. She put the phone down on me despite the fact that whilst emphasising the urgency during four phone call and at no time was I abusive or threatening. She gave me incorrect advice to ring 111 which as 111 told me was clearly unhelpful. This left me in a huge degree of discomfort over a weekend period
Worst doctors I've ever been too. Doctor sing being the worst lacks the bare minimum of care or compassion the only doctor who has any availability speaks volumes. Few people complained about him. I’ve left like a lot of others have
After waiting 3 weeks for an appointment to see the only doctor I know who only works 1 day a week to get there and find out he's running over an hour late I had to leave without seeing him and guess what another 3 weeks for next appointment absolute shambles of a surgery who don't care about their patients I'm going elsewhere like others I know
Worst doctors I've ever been too very little level of care for there patients. I've left and went with someone else.
