Made a long trip to the surgery only to be told via the wall microphone that due to her being alone on reception, they're not allowing anyone in. This is during open hours. There were no training period at that time either. Quite rude on occasions too telling me to leave and join another surgery only because I asked if there were appointments available at this surgery as it is near me. Have been a long loyal patient who treated staff members with utmost politeness and courtesy to date. Quite disappointed.
Rang today at 3.50pm regarding my son. Had an appt allocated at 4pm. E collect service. Have found all staff in the reception and pharmacy. Well trained, helpful and friendly
Have been a patient here for 7 years. Never had a problem and always experienced excellent care by all Dr's, Nurses & Physios particularly when taking into account I have multiple health issues. Received particularly good care from Dr. Kate Randall. Very kind, understanding and always felt listened to. Considering the amount of pressure Dr's practice's in general must be under in recent times; always found receptionists to be polite and helpful too. I was given the opportunity to undertake work experience by the practice manager where I gained an insight into the different roles of healthcare professionals. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I witnessed how hardworking and dedicated they are! Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and found it extremely helpful!
