Received text message saying please make appointment. Phoned surgery to be told to ring after 08:00 (11:00 is after 08:00 on my watch). Unable to make an appointment as you will need to use the NHS app. NHS app tells me to ring the surgery ..... Care is fine once you get into a consulting room.

impossible to get appointment been trying to get a follow up and a gp referral to specialist since January 2023 now 11th September 2023 and still cant get appointment, call 8am told all appointments gone, go in person at 8am told only have 5 appointments a day all gone to first 2 in line and the rest on phone . how do i get a referral and repeat prescription when i cant get into the gp i pay my nhs for in my wages receptionists are sometimes quite rude too
Friendly and efficient for my blood test.
Called daily for the last week for a routine appointment and constantly been told to call back tomorrow as we have nothing. Utterly impossible to get an appointment.
