Excellent. Took me in at scheduled time. Dr. Motz took time to answer my questions. He is very likeable, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Front desk is courteous.
Dr. Andrew has operated on my twice and both times have been successful with little to no discomfort. He first operated on my right elbow a few years ago and I was told that would be an excruciating recovery by people who had the same surgery. Not so, I had no pain whatsoever. He recently performed orthoscopic knee surgery. Two weeks later, I have no swelling and very little discomfort. The recovery period is 8 to 12 weeks so I’m very pleased. He is a 6 star surgeon.
I went into Dr Motz's to have my two knees injected. When I went in I had told him that I had fallen the night before and that and I may have broken my finger. He was very wonderful at calling my primary cares office to convince her to let me have an x-ray to see if my finger was broken or there was any other abnormalities. Dr. Andy was so attentive to my concerns, explained everything in detail, and he didn't make me feel rushed when I explained my issue.
Dr Motz is always understanding of my reluctance to have a knee replacement so he puts a patch on it to keep me going. I appreciate his compassion.
Very nice bedside manner
He is the most compassionate and caring! I’ve had at least 6 surgeries by him and had the best outcomes possible. He is mostly on time and if his clinic is running late he acknowledges my wait time. Staff are friendly and efficient. His surgery scheduler called me the day after my appointment with him.
I received an injection for knee pain due to a recent injury. Dr Motz is very thorough and pleasant and provides excellent care. He also performed my knee replacement surgery in the past.
Very professional!! Doctor Andy Motz did an outstanding job on my shoulder.
