Every aspect from checking in to PT has been incredible.
He is always honest about what he tells you.
He is very empathetic and kind... He offered me options since I can't do the surgery just yet.. and explained to me very clearly what to expect.. I didn't feel rushed and felt comfortable afterwards, knowing what I learned.
X-rays of both knees showed to be doing great and everything looked normal. Dr Motz is a great surgeon shown by my fantastic results and great recovery. I have 100% of my mobility back and all normal activities resumed and then some. Through his attention to detail and expert surgical experience I am able to get back to normal activities. What doctors do that anymore? Nice to have that personal touch that actually shows a caring practice. Also all the staff there are really nice, and for me, the staffing and organization are critical to a well run place and whether I go back. The staff here are professional, caring, and very efficient.
Dr Motz is one of those doctors that is really concerned about your wellness and overall health. He looks you in the eye when he talks to you always has a cheerful demeanor and gives you confidence that he will do his very best to give you a superior outcome and he does. I would recommend Dr Andy Motz to anyone who has shoulder problems
Dr. Motz was very thorough and listened to my concerns. He was very gentle when examining the injured area. He explained the scope of my injury, the prognosis and the plan of care. Follow up appointments were just as thorough as the initial appointment. Physical therapy was recommended. Dr Motz made sure I was able to get into therapy in timely manner. I would highly recommend Dr Motz. He is extremely knowledgeable and very caring!
