Very nice clean office. All the staff is friendly, understanding and always welcoming. It’s usually not busy and I am seen promptly at my scheduled appointment time.

I had a very disappointing experience dealing with office in Rockville. First, during my annual skin check, they refused to take a biopsy sample of a mole that looked suspicious and made me come back for a second appointment and additionally pay for that appointment. Then, during the biopsy, they took samples not only from the abnormal-looking mole but also from two completely normal ones — which was painful and resulted in extra charges.
