I had a very disappointing experience dealing with office in Rockville. First, during my annual skin check, they refused to take a biopsy sample of a mole that looked suspicious and made me come back for a second appointment and additionally pay for that appointment. Then, during the biopsy, they took samples not only from the abnormal-looking mole but also from two completely normal ones — which was painful and resulted in extra charges. I love this place!!!!! I unfortunately have really bad ingrowns and was looking for long term way to treat it. I found Dr. Sundaram online, she had great reviews and I scheduled an appointment right away. She very knowledgeable and helpful and takes into account my concerns (I have sensitive skin as well). Soniya (I hope I spelled her name correctly), is amazing she makes the actual lasering process go by quickly and smoothly. If you want to get laser hair removal, this is where I would recommend in the DMV. 10/10 recommend.
