Dr Greene’s professionalism and genuine care for his patients. Very friendly.
ONS is a remarkable medical practice. Everyone there knows what they’re doing. You never have to wait very long to see your doctor. It’s a very very well run business. And I love my doctor, Dr. Delos.
Brought my son. Was rushed through appt & addl poor bedside manner. Diagnosed via negative xray (not explained why that was needed) with little manual review to diagnose. Sent to PT - and ONS had no availability for a month so that was upsetting. Brought instead to my PT who diagnosed through 45 min of review as something else (close in proximity in leg but different)

Dr. Vitale gave me a through understanding of my hand situation, both short term & long term. I left my visit feeling much better about my problem.
Due to an urgent hand injury issue, the practice was able to quickly get me an appointment with Dr. Vitale after my ER visit. I couldn't be more pleased with the staff and their professionalism. Dr. Vitale was very personable and listened attentively. He explained his concerns and patiently answered my questions. I'm very happy that I found Dr. Vitale and his practice and highly recommend him.
