Dr. Heftler is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and realistic in evaluating patient needs and offering options for treatment. He understood my medical issue and gave clear options for care while ordering only necessary testing and avoiding extra visits by offering a telephone call after test results. He is busy, so it is not always easy to get an appointment. That's what happens when you are a good doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Heftler.
Dr Heftler is very knowledgeable and explains conditions and the proper treatment for the ailment. He is very friendly and caring. One of the Best Personalities in his profession. He really respects his patients. He has given my mother the best care! We really respect him greatly!

I have been a patient of Dr. Heftler for several years. He is compassionate and listens (and hears) patients concerns. He has given me advice and has not been wrong. He is extremely competent and kind. A rare breed. I am fortunate to be his patient.
Thank you to Dr. Hefler for helping me to get into the best possible condition with my lower back and legs! When 3 months of pt was minimally successful, he gave me 2 injections in my lower back which helped me to be able to enjoy my cruise and go on most excursions off the ship.. I would recommend Dr Hefler for pain management and would return to him again if needed!
