My co-pay was $80 and they’re going to bill my insurance gods knows what. All for a doctor who I heard sigh and say “I have to stop seeing patients,” right before he walked in. Barely said hi, walked strait to the computer. Looked at my scans and immediately said, “you don’t need surgery, I’m a surgeon, you need to see a pain management doctor.” Dismissive and rude, like I was wasting his time. I saw Dr. Heftler for extreme back pain after major surgery. He came to my rescue when no one else would help me. He took the time to get one of his partners involved, who then interceded with my surgeon (from another practice). I highly recommend Dr. Heftler for his skill and compassion.
It wasn’t the latest visit it’s been every visit. Dr. Sethi is friendly, knowledgeable, caring, spent as much time as I needed to answer my questions all the things you want in a physician. He went above and beyond to pinpoint my shoulder issue and kept me informed every step of the way with what my options were. I don’t believe I would be where I am now, 6 months after surgery, without Dr. Sethi.
