Doctor made very sound decisions after examining me. His recommendations for treatment shows his excellent background in patient care.
Dr Heftler set about efficiently getting feedback from me to zero in on how he might be helpful. X-ray, evaluation in the context of my age and health history. Setting about completing PT for 4-5 weeks to hopefully address my issue.
He was very patient, compassionate and he explained everything in detail.
