Horrible. Rude, arrogant. I had seen Dr H. previously. This time He refused to help me as I stood in front of him in extreme pain because I was treated by a doctor in New York. He would not even examine me. “Go back and see the doctor in NY. I can’t help you.” He doesn’t deserve the star required.
Dr. Heftler has an excellent bedside manner and takes his time with you. I was just in for an epidural injection for a bad herniation of my L5-S1 and he provided me with the time I needed, to be certain all of my questions were answered. On the day of the procedure, the Dr. was extremely pleasant and kept my mind calm with plenty of fun conversation. My fingers are crossed that I get some relief from the injection, but hands down he is highly recommended and I wont go anywhere else.
