Totally gone down hill last 4 yrs test results from hospital never followed up new reception staff just useless and rude and after years with Dr Talbot over 20 and Dr Blair before he died I lost all faith and 2 my son's died and resuscitated as babies due to wrong diagnosis and if not for my questioning them my son's would be dead but due to over 50 mins being resuscitated and 1 in sepsis shock dying in resus thank God for Chelsea and West a&e as I'd have lost them both but sadly both suffered brain damage and 1 a heart prob... read more
I have been a patient at this surgery for 54 years when it was previously at Earls court. I have had exemplary service during all those years. I am now 93 years of age and many doctors have treated me\ since then. For the last several years Dr. Talbot has treated me and I have great faith in her and hope that she continues for several more years until at least my demise. The Staff have at all times have also been most helpful I could not have had a better treatment and I recommend this surgery to all. Archie Dunlop
