First time I have been to this surgery and when I got there I see that I was waiting few minutes for the receptionist to notice I was there, but I was more shocked to see how rude they are too as I heard one of them to speak to a patient on the phone so rudely. I’m glad I’m not registered here. Maybe not say so much on the patients being nice and polite on the board but maybe the staff need a little training on how to be polite and professional when talking to people.
I called just to enquire "physiological measurements nurse" is on-site today I pressed option 6, was advised am number 1, I kept holding 30 minutes, had to give up. Perhaps the management of this surgery seems to have no conscious. Pitty, it looks like clinicians have no accountability and morally non-existence. Thanks God, I am not registered with this surgery. I will write to QCC and local newspapers to advise the standard of your service.
