We have been registered here for over 8 years now and have never had a bad experience. My children always get appointments when needed and Dr Ali is second to none with his attentiveness.
My recent consultation with Dr H Nay Lin was disappointing. I found his tone unprofessional and his approach not in line with the standard of care expected under NHS values. I left the appointment feeling unsupported , anxious and discouraged. I have submitted a formal complaint and am waiting to hear back.
Doctors nurses and receptionists all are doing perfect service. Iam so sad I had to move to another GP because you don’t cover the area where I moved . Thank you for being so professional and understanding.
Ridiculous! It’s impossible to get an appointment and when we manage to book one (mind you weeks in advance), they cancel it hours before without explanation. So tired of the service they (don’t) provide
