Had to take my mother to this surgery, she has breathing difficulties due to blood clots on the lung and has to wear oxygen tubes in her nose, we turned up for the appointment and it was windy, freezing cold and raining, we were told by reception that we could not come in and my elderly mother had to endure the wind, rain and cold outside until a doctor could see her, bear in mind that it was quite obvious that my mother's breathing difficulties were due to the condition of her lungs and not COVID, she has difficulty wearing... read more
