I have not been able to walk around the block for the last 3 years due to bone-on-bone arthritis in my knee. Dr. Aguiar performed a knee replacement at 7:30 am and I was home by 10:30 am with no issues, able to walk into my home up two steps no problem. I am now at 6 weeks. I am able to walk around the block, exercise on a stationary bike and get the exercise I was lacking. I am now planning to explore Yellowstone for a week this summer. I was seen by Dr Aguiar for pain in my left knee.
This was my second robotic knee replacement by Dr. Aguiar. Had been told it would be different from the first one 3 months prior which had excellent results. And the difference was that the healing on my second knee was even faster! I'm extremely pleased with Dr. Aguiar's work and the excellent follow-up provided by the office staff. I'm looking forward to 2021 with no knee pain and able to travel and do anything I want. Thanks, Dr. Aguiar!

Efficient and friendly office staff. Runs on time. Dr. Aguiar was pleasant and professional and explained my condition well. I was nervous and he was reassuring. I felt comfortable with the plan of care and felt he listened to me.
He is friendly, listens, and is highly skilled. My final X-ray of my total knee was “textbook perfect”, as he put it, and indeed it is.
Dr Aguiar is wonderful. He listened to my questions and answered satisfactorily. I did not feel rushed during my visits. I would highly recommend him and robotic surgery for the knee. I healed very quickly after the surgery and only needed heavier pain killers for the 3rd and 4th days. It was far easier than I expected. I am very pleased that I chose Dr Aguiar.
I have had knee pain for about 6 to 7 years. I knew I needed total knee replacement surgery BUT was scared to death!!!!! I got the shots for years and they helped but gradually stopped helping. I was walking with a very bad limp, could not walk far or even stand very long. When I started going to Dr. Aguiar he said I needed to loose weight and needed the knee surgery. One knee replacement 2 years ago and the other knee this past summer. I had immediate pain relief and recovered each time within 2 months.
