Dr. Ackerman has been my surgeon since 2018. He listens well and pays close attention to details which makes him very thorough. I appreciate the fact that, as a surgeon, he does not rush to operate. He ensures he identifies the problem thru accurate diagnostic tests, then he recommends the necessary treatment. Dr. Ackerman is compassionate and takes into consideration the needs of his patients. The office is fantastic. The patients are seen in a timely manner and the staff is very professsional and attentive. Dr. Ackerman is a gem. He scoped a knee that had caused me a great deal of pain for three years after a total knee replacement performed by a Doctor who had specialized in custom knees. It is now four weeks and I am finally able after three years to resume walking without considerable pain. He removed scar tissue and a fat pad. I had full knee replacement and am very happy with the results. His staff is always professional and helpful. He never rushed me and never pushed for surgery that I wasn’t ready for. My knee is like a normal knee now and I am so thankful.
Dr. Ackerman is a gem. He listens, take his time and always provides choices. Patiently listens to questions and answers honestly and easy to understand. My meniscus surgery was flawless. Never felt any pain and along with PT, recovery was immediate. I am forever grateful to have found him.
Dr. Ackerman did a right total knee replacement and then a revision on my left knee (which had been replaced by another orthopedist). Care has been exceptional and the office staff are wonderful. My mom is now scheduled to have bilateral knee replacements with Dr. Ackerman.
Dr Ackerman was my surgeon for my hip replacement. Throughout the whole process he showed excellent bedside manners, providing excellent care both at a personal and professional level. In this interesting times for medicine in the 21st century he exemplifies what a physician should be.

I met with 5 Doctors before deciding on who to go with. After meeting with Dr. Ackerman I found the decision very easy. He was very attentive, always got back to me with my questions and concerns . I had full knee replacement and am very happy with the results. He has excellent reviews for a good reason
A major thank you goes to Dr. Ackerman, Jeneva, and the entire crew in their physical therapy department for giving me my quality of life back!!! I only wish I had my total hip replacement done earlier. It is without hesitation I recommend Dr. Ackerman. His skill, attention to detail, and overall caring are unsurpassed!
