The experience trying to book the procedure made me lose trust that this is a professional clinic I can trust. The initial appointment with Dr. Gabriela went well and I wanted to book in the procedure. I emailed on the existing email thread with her office mid-September, then followed up after a week. I went to see Dr. Gabriela to treat my melasma. I was looking for a doctor, because I wouldn’t trust my skin to a laser specialist, as melasma can be quite tricky to treat. She was super nice and explained all the procedures she could do to rejuvenate my skin, however she didn’t ask to examine my skin, which I found strange. She then asked her laser specialist to come to the room where I was. He looked at my face at a distance and recommended me some treatments. Dr Gabriela Clinic is an absolute gem. The whole team is so professional, kind and considerate. They made me feel so at ease and answered all my questions and concerns. They made me feel safe and relaxed and gave me the best care and advice I could have wished for. I highly recommend this clinic, the best place I could have found to get the treatment I wanted.
