Literally you can never see a GP. E consult is all they offer. I saw a guy walk in with a severe chest infection and struggling and the reception literally turned him away after he told her he had been in hospital being pumped and sounding like he was struggling. All you see is adverts on you don’t need to see your GP. What do the GP’s here do as it seems to be a big encouragement to not see a GP
Repeat prescription not done on time again and again, this has turned into a joke of a service, iam disabled looking forward to a few days in unbearable pain
The only option these people will offer you now is a E-consultant (online) or walk in at emergency centre moving the traffic along..
Worst surgery I ever had , I am with them since 2018 and never got an appointment. Looks like staff is coming here only to do picnic .
