Over the years I have been blessed with good health, however as I get a little older I find myself having to frequent the doctors more frequently. I just want to thank New Road Medical practice in Brownhills for being so attentive, understanding and friendly. I very much appreciate all you do for me, my family and the local community. Thanks to you all
After moving back to the area from a small village in Wales I wanted to find a surgery and staff as friendly, good and approachable as what I had. The surgery I was previously with in the area was not even on my list. But New Road is so lovely, receptionists are really friendly (rare i know lol) nurse and GP's are equally as friendly as well as very thorough and you dont feel fobbed off or like you are wasting there time. Highly recommended
I recently visited for a dressing change and was assisted by Cheryl. She was amazing, very kind, professional and polite. She made me feel comfortable throughout the process and provided excellent care. I’m really grateful for her support! Reception staff also have very good work ethics.
