They allowed their receptionist to harass a patient, call police, dvla and social services on her for months due to her not talking to the receptionist anymore. (Old friend) To the point where the police, social services and dvla put it all down to harassment but she is still allowed to work there with them knowing she was doing this for months!!! Also giving out confidential information.

The appointment system is an absolute joke . U ring in the morning wait half hour only to be told there aren't any appointment left .they won't let u book ahead either,so your stuck in this lottery system. I really dont understand if they have too many patient why are they still taking on new ones then? The reception are also not helpful and at time rude as well.
