Dr Ferkel is the dr to go to. He is truley amazing. He listens to you and is very caring and knows what he is doing. I had a horrible motor cycle accident 3 years ago had a titanium rod and hardware put in my leg. I’ve been in so much pain for the past 3 years 2 other doctors wouldn’t listen to the pain I was having. They kept telling me give it more time or I was exaggerating my pain or something. PRP with dr Molnar and SCOI is a life changing advancement in sports medicine and injury recovery. I would not get spine surgery and I had no other available options besides epidurals which we know will degrade discs. I’m so thankful for Scoi and uclahealth and PRP. ONE round of PRP removed my pain 100% and now I am able to work on strength training without pain.
Unfortunately I am in so much pain I was unable to stand up straight. Based on my first appointment evaluation it was determined I need immediate surgery. The surgery went well and the entire surgical team was great!
