My overall experience was great. Unfortunately, my surgery had to be placed on hold from March to July due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. However, once the hospital began scheduling I received a date right away. If I had any questions Jenny was there to provide answers and assisted with the clearance process. After my surgery, if I had any questions they were answered right away through the GetWell Loop. When I needed to speak with Dr. Ferkel I requested it through the GetWell Loop and he contacted me right away.
Dr. Eric Ferkel and the staff are very professional. I had a smooth surgery experience. Their follow up everyday is what makes me to think that they are very professional and caring. Thank you Dr. Ferkel and staff. I will highly recommend Dr. Ferkel to everyone. Thank you doctor. You are amazing.
Dr. Ferkel is very accommodating, he explains everything in details especially if you have any concerns. I was so happy that I made a right choice of seeing Dr. Ferkel for my surgery. He attends to your needs as possible. He is a very knowledgeable in his field.
