Dr. Westman is very caring and knowledgeable for people who have weight loss issues. Never before have I been able to stick with a "diet" in such a way that it is totally changing my health for the better. He presents this way of eating in such a way that anyone can do it and achieve good results.
It was a pleasure and an education to listen to him speak in Cape Town at the first LCHF conference.
