Love Love Love Dr Westman! He is a respected authority on the ketogenic diet! He is not someone that makes things up as he goes along, he's an innovator in the field! I started out listening to a few people who all give slightly different opinions, I now follow Dr Westman and feel so much better about what I'm doing and that I'm doing the right thing! Thank you Dr Westman for all your advise and for all your "Lives" too!
