It is very hard for me to lose weight. I am insulin resistant and have PCOS. I am 49 and was considering weightloss surgery but decided to give this a try. I have lost close to 50lbs since May 1st. It works for me. My A1C levels are down. My joints don't hurt as much. I recommend this. Thanks you Dr. Westman for this way of eating.
