I have watched many of his videos. I started keto dieting on December 22nd 2017...I wanted to challenge myself. I have lost 30 lbs since then. I am very happy. I have been stuck for at least 2 months but I am not having problems sticking with it. Not having sugary stuff or bread is no longer an issue. I am 165 lbs and my goal is to continue until I feel and look great! Thanks Dr. WESTMAN for all of the information you provide....you are helping so many of us that can't afford to continue loosing ourselves to being obese.
