Had my first appointment yesterday with Dr. Westman, he spent quality time explaining and exploring recipes with both my husband and I. I left knowledgeable and hopeful, he reinforced what I already knew. It was time well spent. I already feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I am very excited to follow his advice towards reaching successful healthy goals and weight loss.
