I recently found Dr. Westman's video on youtube, and the rest is history. I decided to try it and truly, I am becoming a fat burning machine. No hunger, no deprivation, super simple to follow, and I'm thrilled. I'm already down 4 lbs. Thank you Dr. Westman.
I just started the low carb diet a few days ago and am very excited. I get to eat foods that I have always restricted! Bacon, yum! Anyway I've lost a little over a pound and am happy with that. Just so the numbers keep going down.
