I saw Dr. Eastman a month ago and have been very, very disappointed by my experience. She took a tissue sample but never shared the test results. She promised a prescription, but it was never put in at my pharmacy. I called the office to see what was happening and was told to communicate through the patient portal -- but the patient portal was out of service and unavailable. Dr. Eastman is a professional and caring doctor.
I had taken my 90 year old grandmother to see Dr. Eastman for a follow up from a MRI of a bone infection just to find out I was at the wrong location. Mind you we were in a wheel chair && it was raining that day. Instead of taking 10-15 min out to see us we were told there was nothing they could do. I left in tears. Very frustrating to have to be denied in these conditions.
Had a wonderful experience at this office. The doctor was very attentive and answered all my questions. Staff was very helpful. I now have new orthotics and can run without any foot pain. Highly recommend!
