This surgery is a total joke, you can no longer prebook an appointment. I workaday all week every week and will not let me book first appointment Monday or last appointment Friday, I have to call in the morning of that day, have no idea what time I may be finishing as I am a HGV driver. Can organise late start on Mondays/early finish Friday but must join a queue of over 100 sometimes . By time you get though a appointments have gone.
