Receptionist staff there are disgusting at customer service and do not understand duty of care to patients. Got a call from doctors yesterday and was made to feel confused and my health not taken seriously or being cared for and made aware of results from blood test. I then call back the doctors this morning to speak to the only man that works behind the desk for him to advise me that none of my tests have come back and I'm to call back in a weeks time advised by my doctor to request a phone appointment with my doctor to dis... read more
