Dr N Routledge is an amazing doctor he is the only reason i come to this GP 5 stars 🌟 for him i would encourage others to visit him aswell a superb man indeed. The reason I'm giving this place a 1 star is due to the receptionist the mixed race lady with green or blue eyes she is the most arrogant and unprofessional person I've encountered. She's not friendly at all she doesn't even acknowledge you or even look at you while talking to you she makes you feel so uncomfortable. Dr sawacha is a great doctor good listener and really hears her clients instead of dismissing them like others do!

Vast improvement in the receptionist since I complained and gave them ideas to have more receptionist do things on tota have things on the desk ie complaints procures I was a manager at a very big well known hispital The main woman was so rude Love the girls on the desk now The doctors are amazing special Dr sawacha her patients her time her empathy
