I'm not one for reviewing on Google but I have to publicly describe the woeful treatment provided by this GP surgery. When a patient is in severe acute back pain, (despite diazepam having already been prescribed & found to be ineffective) I would aver that a telephone triage by an Advanced Practitioner, the result of which was a prescription for "double strength" anti-inflammatory gel is inadequate at best & negligent at worst.
