Excellent practice with nice cooperative staff and good experienced doctors Eva clemente and Dr.Rahman.we husband and wife are looked after very well. Dr.Harbhajan singh Bhatia.
No problem. Dr's and staff exlent service.But from Oct 2024 service level is low some one need's to monitor and check ! My views, will up date in few month's or will move to other medical center

The worst Gp service I have ever seen , especially all receptionist specially Sukh , they don’t know how to talk to patients. Very rude people
I have been registered with Waterside medical centre since 2009 and I must say, the service is exceptional and staff are friendly. Jenny goes above and beyond and provides me with an outstanding service all the time. She is patient and always willing to help. Even when I take forever to explain myself over the phone, she listens and never hastens me. She is extremely polite and I honestly can't fault her. She's definitely an asset to the team.
