I Agree. Its pathetic especially one of the nurses named Regina. She is rude and has attitude. She makes you feel bad for forgetting to bring a paper. The receptionists forgot i was still waiting and they started to close up and turn off the lights. I coughed and one of them said “is someone still there?” Many times in the past I didn't like some of the male doctors, they rush to get you out and don’t really take the time to hear your problems or explain what the cause is. Pathetic staff and worse service provided. No action taken even file a complain. Not even bother reply the complain. Receptionist Sam is very rude person. No online access will be provided for children.
