My visit with Dr.Locandro was great. He did my VivAer procedure and explained everything thoroughly as I had lots of questions. We actually talked about the Euro soccer teams and overall he just made me feel at home. Thank you Dr. Locandro. I would recommend him if anyone is looking for a good ENT. Also, the staff is really welcoming and treat you with great hospitality:
I was in for ear surgery. I had an incredible experience. Everyone was professional and compassionate.
Dr. Locandro has been my doctor for over 20 years. I trust him completely. He has the upmost concern for my ear condition. He proposed a new treatment that I am an ideal candidate for and it greatly improve my chronic ear tube issues.
I've been seeing Dr. Locandro for 2 years. I find him to be thorough on his examinations and consultations on available options to resolve my issues.
I'm forced to give one star. He is barely worth the energy I'm giving to this review. His credentials are meaningless. I write this review as a patient and the daughter of a good Dr. I came before my follow up as an emergency for a new symptom before my scheduled appointment with one of their great health care providers, so I got scheduled with him. This was my first visit. All went well. Needed surgery and feel very satisfied with Dr Locandro.
I absolutely love Dr. Locandro! I (as well as my other family members) have been patients of Dr. Locandro for close to 15 years. His staff is incredible and they can typically see you same day, or at least within a day. I have had several sinus surgeries, ear tubes, and tonsils removed, all of which have been very successful. Anytime I feel a sinus infection coming on, I go straight to Dr. Locandro. Awesome staff, fantastic doctor.
We would recommend Dr. Locandro over any ENT. His office staff are helpful, kind and professional. Checking in and out is fast and easy. The doctor never keeps you waiting. He explains everything carefully and in words you can understand. He is always happy to answer questions and listens to your concerns. After he diagnosed my husband's cancer, he was positive and understood our concerns. His empathy in our situation made the entire process tolerable.
