I am so glad that I found this office! Everyone was so friendly and caring. I felt like I was in a Chick-fil-A with how smoothly and friendly the staff was. Dr. Locandra was very thorough and he listened to my concerns. He was able to treat my situation and then set me up for further tests and procedures. He truly listened and responded with advice to address my health concerns. Thank you.

Dr Locandro has been part of my throat cancer care team for the last 5 years. I feel that he has always treated me with genuine concern and compassion. He has always been completely truthfulo and was able to explain my illness and treatment options in terms that I could understand. Dr Locandro has always welcomed my questions and has welcomed feedback from myself and the rest of my care team. I highly recommend Dr Locandro and his team
This doctor was rude, talked down to us, and was very unhelpful. He said he was going to give a prescription that we never received. Did not like anything about him or his office. The checkout staff was also rude.

The Dr is very ruff and didn’t explain what he was getting ready to do before shoving the nasal wire down my entire nasal cavity. I would have liked to prepare myself before almost choking.
