2 minutes, no charge, what's not to love?
Condescending doctor but he knows his stuff. However there was no follow up on a prescription I was supposed to get nor any paperwork given to me when I checked out After waiting several days for a prescription that was never sent to my pharmacy I am now given wrong information on mychart I may have to find another provider
Dr. Locandro listened carefully to the problem, made an an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan. He is a wonderful doctor, kind caring, respectful, friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. Have been going to him for years...he's the best there is!
I didn’t receive answers to my questions or suggestions for next steps. It didn’t appear that my concerns were cared about.
Dr. Locandro and his staff were all very friendly and professional. I had an ENT issue and they were very kind to give me an appointment right away to take care of it.

I have seen Dr. Locandro a couple of times before. He was always kind, heard what my concerns were and was able to diagnose and treat the issue. This time, I could not get in soon enough, so I went to another ENT. Boy, was I sorry. What a waste of time and money. I went back to Dr. Locandro and not only did he examine the situation, but diagnosed the problem I presented with and had a treatment plan. I will never go to other ENT again! Thank you Dr. Locandro for your professionalism! You are a great diagnostician!
Stay away from this doctor!!! He does not listen nor care about patient symptoms and therefore has no desire to provide accurate individual care. This doctor was aloof and rude with the audacity to loudly question “who told you to come here today?”, as if an established patient has no right to make an appointment seeking medical attention for concerning side effects of prescribed medications for ENT issues, when phone calls are not returned by nurses in a reasonable amount of time.
