He’s always on time and efficient
Dr. Locandro is very honest. He could have opted for surgery for the broken bones in my face but he said it wasn't necessary and they I would heal myself. Since he's a surgeon, that would have meant more money but he still maintained it wasn't necessary. That's the sign of a really good doctor.
Dr. Locandro showed no interest in my concerns, came into the examining room already sure that he would be unable to help me. I had been told to expect vestibular testing and evaluation. Dr. Locandro conducted only what I believe is called the roll test, nothing else. Basically I felt that he had just blown me off, told me I should go to an expert - but could not tell me to whom or for what. I left the practice somehow ashamed, and angry.
Didn’t have a long wait
I felt comfortable, at ease, like I was being listened to and understood.
I had sinus surgery, septoplacy and turbinate reduction last week and everything went great. Dr. Locandro must be the Dr with the best skills. All went as planned and bettrr than I expected. He is really amazing.
Dr. Locandro was the 3 ENT I visited. He was the only one who put me at ease and I didn't feel rushed or I was dealing with a snake oil salesmen. Every aspect was rop their and I could not have been more at ease .
Dr. Locandro provided insight as to what was causing my concerns and what was not. He recommended physical therapy which will address my issues. Very pleased with his advice.
There are other ENT specialists available that are much more comprehensive and thorough in the complexities of ENT diagnoses and treatment. Besides, being a bit more personable will also help Dr. Locandro's bedside manner, rather than feeling more like an inconvenience than a patient that needs help and professional advice.
