I'm forced to give one star. He is barely worth the energy I'm giving to this review. His credentials are meaningless. I write this review as a patient and the daughter of a good Dr. I came before my follow up as an emergency for a new symptom before my scheduled appointment with one of their great health care providers, so I got scheduled with him. This was my first visit. All went well. Needed surgery and feel very satisfied with Dr Locandro.
I absolutely love Dr. Locandro! I (as well as my other family members) have been patients of Dr. Locandro for close to 15 years. His staff is incredible and they can typically see you same day, or at least within a day. I have had several sinus surgeries, ear tubes, and tonsils removed, all of which have been very successful. Anytime I feel a sinus infection coming on, I go straight to Dr. Locandro. Awesome staff, fantastic doctor.
We would recommend Dr. Locandro over any ENT. His office staff are helpful, kind and professional. Checking in and out is fast and easy. The doctor never keeps you waiting. He explains everything carefully and in words you can understand. He is always happy to answer questions and listens to your concerns. After he diagnosed my husband's cancer, he was positive and understood our concerns. His empathy in our situation made the entire process tolerable. Cured my throat cancer!!
Dr. Locandro solved a sinus problem. He was efficient and to the point and did not prescribe needless and ineffective meds but stayed with us till the problem was solved.
Went for what seemed to be a simple problem, tinitus, that has caused a lot of misery and prevented me from working as effectively as possible. Dr. Locandro said to "learn to live with it." After 4 months of trying to "live with it" and finding no success, I went to see him. Unfortunately, i received no help or even suggestions.
Dr. Locandro removed a malignant parotid gland and affected lymph nodes from my neck preserving my facial nerve. He advised me that radiation therapy was the standard followup protocol which I did for seven weeks. He is always polite and straight forward with me. I've been seeing him for five years now for follow-up. The office staff has always acted very professional. I highly recommend him for your ENT needs.
I had unresolved ear infection and sinus lending to dizziness and Llosa of balance. Finally found a great doctor who is actually giving proper treatment. I found lack of compassion with Locandro as well.
