My parents frequently spoke of the excellent care they received from Dr. Coles for about 30 years. When they died in 2008 and I moved back to Michigan and semi-retired, I was very pleased to have him as my primary physician. Called to ask a simple question and the office staff is unreasonably short, snotty, and unwelcoming. Question was answered but immediately hung up on. Would not recommended visiting and doctor in Frankfort, MI
Doug Coles has been my primary care physician for many years, and the care he provides, and the interest he shows in my life and health, is superb.
