Dr. Knapke was friendly and immediately put me at ease. He recommended a conservative approach and I appreciated that. His PA, Kyle, was equally impressive and gentle when giving my injections.

He was concerned, friendly, knowledgeable and showed me visually on my X-rays where the problems are. He explained more about cortisone shots, which I got today. He also explained a bit about recouping from knee surgery so it seems a bit less scary than I was. I will probably have it done this summer.

Dr is very nice, takes time going over things. Unfortunately for me my knee replacement was not a success. Bone is pulling away from implant. My knee is very loose . Unfortunately only thing I can do now is live with it till I can't, then have another replacement

Dr Knapke has a great bedside manner and is easy to talk to and answers questions. I have not had surgery with him but have heard he has an excellent reputation as an orthopedic surgeon. However, his PA, Joel is very rude and has an attitude a mile long. He did not introduce himself, was very abrupt and not at all considerate or friendly. I would love to continue with Dr. Knapke but not if I have to deal with his PA.

I went for a second opinion about a knee problem which I was told might benefit from surgery. He took the time to explain why he didn't think that would be help me at this point, and I believed him
