I felt dr. Shapiro was interested in figuring out my issues. Even though he called me a mystery.Very thorough and very kind.
I didn't have very long to wait. From start to finish, less than an hour! Dr Knapke and his associate explained their thoughts and offered, hopefully an easy solution! I was very happy!
