Dr Shapiro took time with me, answered all my question, and we discussed future procedures. He is kind, caring, thorough with procedures, makes the patient feel comfortable and at ease during the procedure, and reassures the patient that they can reach him at any time if the need should arise.
Dr. Shapiro always treats me like family. His treatment plans for my knees are always what’s best for me and I’m very comfortable with his decisions and his recommendations. I would refer him and the practice to anyone who needs orthopedic care.
My examination was very thorough including x-rays and everyone was very respectful and considerate of my bone-on-bone hip deterioration. Surgery for hip replacement was handled in a timely fashion. Everyone, from the front desk, to the x-ray technician, to the excellent medical professionals, was so kind. What a wonderful practice this is!
