Unfortunately the staff would not allow me to even make a consultation because I am over 65 and am on Medicare with good gap coverage! His prerogative not to help people who have never been turned down by a physician.
The visit with Dr. Knapke and his staff was completed in an inviting and professional manner.
Kindness listening promptness seamless from the doctor to the xraytech and the other multiple staff lovely people very clean busy office but time for me I had my first knee done by dr Knapke in November absolutely not one hiccup amazing truly !!!!! I was pretty scared now 8 weeks later I’m ready to trust him with my other knee And Now I know why a doctor I work with recommended him for me he’s the very best Thanku dr knapke

Timely appointment and thorough
I saw the PA Kyle after a fall and a trip to your emergency office there and he saw that I needed fluid removed and removed it and he was honest enough and told me up front that it would hurt and it did LOL but I'm glad that it's done
Very professional and helpful
Dr Knapke explained very clearly what to expect in my upcoming surgery and answered all of my questions. He made me feel very comfortable with the decision to have surgery.
