Actually, I have yet to meet Dr Knapke.. but I am happy with the office and both of the PA’s (Joel & Kyle) whom I have met and who both have treated me.
Came in for pain on my left knee and walked out with a new left foot injury due to an unplanned “balance test.” Why ask me to stand on my left foot and then right for a prolonged period when I had already injured my left knee? As I was both confused and in pain, I called a few days after to inquire why they asked me to participate in this random test and the pain it is now causing me. No return call. Won’t return; is this patient care or some type of clinical study?.
Staff was friendly and efficient

Dr. Knapke was great. Took his time explaining what was going on with my knees. Everyone else that I saw was great too.
I enjoyed meeting the doctor. I didn’t really enjoy the staff that works at this location. The reason being, it seemed more like an assembly line than it did a caring facility.
i had to excuse myself & go to the bathroom urgently & even though he said no problem he would go in with another patient & come back shortly he NEVER came back in but sent a nurse in to hand me a referral for pain management & Never explained anything to me about anything. would NEVER recommend him to anyone or the practice.
I love that I didn’t have to wait to long to get in for an appointment. He and everyone else were great!!!
From the moment I walked into the office, my experience was nothing short of outstanding.
