Everyone I saw made me feel comfortable. I felt I was in good hands
Professional and pleasant
I have had 2 appointments with Dr. Knapke and I have yet to see him. I have requested I see the doctor, but I see the PA instead. The PA did a fine job, but I’d like to see the doctor at least once. What do I need to do to see Dr. Knapke for my next appointment?
My last appointment was for a 5 year check up after a hip replacement. The Shelby office was modern and clean. Staff was efficient and friendly. I had to wait a bit, but didn’t bother me since my care was excellent. Dr Knapke gave me my life back and I am grateful. I have recommended him to several friends.
If all of my medical appointments were like the Visit I had with Doctor Knapke I would be a very happy man . He was truly exemplary and thoughtful and very thorough and sincere in his discussion with me . He took the time to explain and to show with numerous x rays some of my concern . His knowledge and professionalism was of the highest. Dr Knapke was pleasant, & listened to me. I asked if possible to fix my bowed leg. with my knee replacement.
Visit was very thorough and Dr. Knapke was very pleasant, listened, and explained everything clearly.
Dr Knapke was very personable. He discussed my situation; options; and procedures. I came in with a list of questions but he answered all before I asked.
