The timeliness of the visit, the character and friendliness of everyone . The Dr himself was so warm and willing to listen.
Dr. Kurz listens, then describes in detail how he thinks he can prescribe the necessary treatment. I like Thai he doesn’t jump to surgery as the first option! Would definitely recommend him!
Dr Knapke did a partial knee replacement on both my knees at the same time in November of 2014. I still play hockey 3 times per week and golf 2-3 times a week in the spring, summer and fall. At the time of the replacement, between his PA and himself, they were in contact to make sure all was well. I highly recommend Dr. Knapke
My visit, including X-rays personi consultation and shots, was on time, efficient and highly successful. Cannot ask for more from any appointment. Well done and thank you for what a health care visit should be.
Dr. Jeff Shapiro is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. He has done work on my right and left knee and right shoulder in the past. He presented me options today for a full tear of my left rotator cuff. I so much appreciate his counsel and taking time to consider options. Great guy. Very professional. Experienced.
I was explained in terms I could understand. This helped me make a decision. Every staff person was patient and kind from Dr Knapke to the front desk. I felt very comfortable with the whole process. Thank you.
This was my first time seeing Dr. Knapke and I was impressed by his warm welcome and professionalism. He took the time to check the condition of my knees and set my mind at ease. I would recommend him to anyone having knee concerns.
I was 10 mins early and was taken to an exam room by my appt time. The problem came when i was waiting in the exam room for 55 mins to be looked at by the Doctor or Physician Asst. Once the doctor did come into the room, he was accommodating.
His honesty, holds nothing back from the truth.
