Don't walk...RUN away from this "Dr.". After 2 car accidents, my attorney's office referred me to Dr. Sachs for treatment. After a couple treatments failed, he immediately took me to the OR and did a very aggressive (and very painful) surgery. Fast forward over 2 years and I am worse now. I have been to different surgeons who have reviewed my before and after MRI/CT's and all of them say that surgery should not have ever been done. Dr. Sachs didn't send me to PT until after surgery. RUN!

Poor customer service. I needed a duplicate script for PT sent to my physical therapist since the 30 days lapsed on it. I explained the Dr. wanted me to try PT before moving forward. They refused without another appointment. The Physical Therapist was shocked that they would not forward a new script. It's done often. Totally unnecessary and no discussion at all. Very abrupt. Simply cut and dried. So I'm cutting ties.

I never saw him, just a female PA. I had a very brief exam, xrays, and was sent shots. When I called afterward for a report of what was done, a young lady in records sternly told me that Dr Sachs would not help me go on disability and that I needed to go back to work! I never mentioned disability. She had no idea who I was or my medical history. When I went for my follow up, I told her there was no change in my pain. She offered another procedure, but didn't think it would work.Never saw Sachs

Dr. Sachs is amazing. He identified and fixed my spinal injury and I am back enjoying my life again. Very fortunate he did my surgery.

It takes weeks to get an appointment. I was supposed to have an appointment two weeks after a procedure that was done in the hospital, and it was six weeks before he could see me. The time before that it was two months before I could get in. Even if he is a good doctor, it doesn't do you any good when you can't get appointments. The office staff is the worst I have ever dealt with. Go to another doctor!!

All the reviews about his staff are true. They also will lie about questions you ask them. Also they don't return phone calls. My husband had numbness and weakness and it was a new symptom. U called thought it would help get MRI and they never called back. And they are rude. I remain hopeful that he will be able to help my husband.

I have been going to Dr. Sachs for over a year now each time I have to make an appointment any appointment a follow up or a surgery its always a month out. I have only seen Dr. Sachs twice the whole time going to him. Is staff is straight horrible. they do not return phone calls you can call them 5 times a day and leave a voicemail but wont get a call back. They make you wait in the waiting room for over 30 minutes if not over an hour. GET A NEW STAFF!!!

In 2013 I was being prepped for spinal surgery (rods & screws) after a history of epidural injections. No sooner after I was wheeled into the surgery room, Dr. Sachs reported that he had "discovered" a Spontaneous CSF (spinal fluid leak). I requested a copy of the surgeon's narrative There is no mention of such discovery. I should mention that I had no symptoms of CSF prior to my surgery. Did the good Dr. "nick" my dura?

I hate writing a negative review for anyone. However, this has been a horrible experience for me. If your expecting to see Dr. Sach himself you need to go someplace else. I have seen him once and that was prior to my surgery and the day of my surgery. I have not seen him at any of my recovery appointments. The nurse Erica treats you as if you are bothering her when you call with questions. They do not return phone calls for questions or concerns about your treatment. would not recommend.
