Had to wait a hour to be called back to room. After you got to the exam room I waited some more. Dr had rushed me and said could you please get to the point.

Not even 1 Star saw the nurse practitioner not the dr. He don’t work. No joke he only does surgery. The lady there worked me up to waist me time and health insurance money. Got no where! Did not do test blood work mei cat scan or x Ray only wanted me to do shots or a hf-10 so they can make money. They don’t care about my health only their pockets and wallets. Don’t go to the winter haven fl location across from bond clinic you will be sorry as hell. No help at all.

I am getting more and more frustrated as time goes on. I had an appointment the first part of November. Was told I should get a stimulator inserted in my back. I needed to think about it, since it was the first time I was ever told that. I didn't know enough and wanted to research it as well as a second opinion. As I was driving home, my phone rings, I answer it's LaShawn, the doctor assistant, who proceeds to tell me "she rushed me out of the office so fast, she forgot to look at my x ray. This dr is the best back dr. He got me a back brace and work ASAP no slaking.

So far I like him just fine,I have seen him on several occasions for a car accident. he's very nice. Explanation are lengthy but he makes sure you understand. They are quick to get me appointments.Staff is very friendly. Wait times could be better but its because he dosent rush you out the door.

I think this dr. is very good. He has a wonderful sense of humor and he is very thorough in his examination of you. I felt he was very confident in diagnosing my problem and also the best treatment for it. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Not he's only in his office 1 day a week, his PA see's you, then referred us to see him. Now it will be 2.5 months before I get to see him. I would say he's to busy to run a office.

Don't walk...RUN away from this "Dr.". After 2 car accidents, my attorney's office referred me to Dr. Sachs for treatment. After a couple treatments failed, he immediately took me to the OR and did a very aggressive (and very painful) surgery. Fast forward over 2 years and I am worse now. I have been to different surgeons who have reviewed my before and after MRI/CT's and all of them say that surgery should not have ever been done. Dr. Sachs didn't send me to PT until after surgery. RUN!

Poor customer service. I needed a duplicate script for PT sent to my physical therapist since the 30 days lapsed on it. I explained the Dr. wanted me to try PT before moving forward. They refused without another appointment. The Physical Therapist was shocked that they would not forward a new script. It's done often. Totally unnecessary and no discussion at all. Very abrupt. Simply cut and dried. So I'm cutting ties.
